How can I be more sure about how an item fits?

 If an item has a particular fit to it, we usually explain it in the item description.  The length of the item is also usually described in the item description. We also have a general sizing chart shown on our customer service page, however the sizing of clothing varies with brands. If you would like more detail about the fit of an item, please email info@shopmamie.com and we would be happy to help you.

Will you be getting a certain item back in stock?

 We do re-order and re-stock sold out items.  However, sometimes items are unavailable for re-order. Please email us at info@shopmamie.com to see if an item is being re-ordered.

Where do you get your clothing from?

We buy our clothing from a series of small manufacturers and designers. We travel all over to create a unique, chic, feminine, and affordable mix of brands for our customers.

How do I sign up to receive Shopmamie emails regarding sales, contests, and promotions?

You can sign up by entering your email on the homepage of our site, www.shopmamie.com, in the blank that says "Your Email Address". All emails are kept private!

How many coupon codes can I enter at checkout?

Our system only accepts one coupon code per order at checkout.

My item did not work for me.  Can I exchange it for a different item or size OR can I return my item?

Yes, we are happy to exchange your item for another in-stock item or different size within 20 days of receipt of package.  We are also happy to return your item for a full credit onto your card if the item is returned within 10 days of receipt of package.  Please see details on our customer service page under returns and exchanges.

What does 'Final Sale' mean?

When an item has 'Final Sale' in the description, it means that this item cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.  This usually is paired with items that are deeply discounted.

Can I order a gift certificate to Shopmamie?

Yes, we have gift certificates available via our accessories page at incriments of $25.  Click here to view gift certificates.  We will send both an electronic copy and a hard copy through the mail.

Registering for an Account

Shopmamie.com recommends that all customers register for an account, however registering for an account is not necessary to checkout.  Registration will expedite future checkouts and allow us at shopmamie.com to provide excellent service to our account holders.  All shipping and billing information will be saved, however, credit card information will not be saved for security purposes.

 

Item Availability

All inventory shown on shopmamie.com is updated automatically following each order.  Therefore, the sizes and items displayed are in stock.  In the rare case that we are out of stock on an item ordered, we will notify customers via email ASAP.  If an item or size is shown as out of stock, please contact shopmamie.com via the Contact Us page of the website.  If possible, the item will be reordered and the customer will be notified.

We all come in different shapes and sizes so please refer to the shopmamie.com general size chart to help determine your size.  Sizing and cuts may differ between brands---please see each item description to see if the item cut differs from the general sizing chart.

Credit Cards

Shopmamie.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and Discover.  If additional identification is needed for credit card verification, we will contact you.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only in state where shopmamie.com has a physical presence.  Currently, this is only in Delaware which is a tax free state.

 

Tracking Order

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed.  Following the shipment of a customer’s order, the customer will receive an email confirming the shipment.   This shipping confirmation e-mail will contain the tracking number of the package.

 

Modifying An Order

Please be advised that once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any modifications including cancelations to the order.

 

SHIPPING

We ship to the world! Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending credit card verification.  All orders placed after 1 p.m. EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 48 hours.  In the event of an emergency, i.e.: nothing to wear for the weekend date, wedding, or event--please select expedited shipping and contact us via email and we will rush your package out!

International Shipping

International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. Please email us at info@shopmamie.com or call us at 302-388-5267 to place your order.

 

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from shopmamie.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

 

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

 

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

 

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Shipping Restrictions

Shopmamie.com uses UPS only for shipping. Therefore, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. We also do not offer Sunday delivery.

Gift Wrapping

Shopmamie.com will elegantly gift wrap your order per request. Please note it in the order comments at the time of checkout. There is no charge for gift wrapping!

Returns and Exchanges

Shopmamie.com gladly accepts merchandise returns if received within 10 days from customer’s receipt of items. Following the allotted 10 days, Shopmamie.com will accept exchange and store credit for merchandise up to 20 days from customer’s receipt of items. 

 

Returned merchandise must have original tags attached. Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will NOT be issued to merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.

 

For returned merchandise within the allotted 10 days: Once your package has been received at shopmamie.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 days. You will be notified via email of the transaction.

 

Securely pack and seal the merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the below address:
